An order is accepted when payment is confirmed (or COD is arranged). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or incomplete.

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or incorrect address details are outside our direct control, but we will help resolve issues.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to new orders.
